
A customer came to me with his main player – a 1973 Fender Precision Bass. He plays fretless exclusively, so the fretted neck was kind of a hinderance to him. I was happy to oblige and build him a roasted maple and ebony neck. Despite being a fretted neck, he really loved how it played, so I copied his existing neck. He was really happy with the result.
