About Funktronic

Funktronic Pickups, along with my satellite project, Sirena Guitars, is a one-man operation singularly focused on bringing timeless design elements to contemporary pickup making and guitar building.

I have been an active and gigging musician for most of my life. My need for more gainful employment has cycled me through many different vocations. Advertising, web design, photography and metal fabrication are among the more memorable. Being struck by a bolt of pure electricity, it became clear to me that I should design and build musical instruments. Consequently, Funktronic became a thing in 2014.
